The certificate of attendance could be obtained from SAPH registration desk on the last day after the first coffee break.

Conference evaluation forms will be included in the registration bag. Your feedback is very important to us to help us in reaching your expectation in the future. Please fill out your form and return it to the registration desk located in the exhibit area.

CME Credit hours:

The meeting is CME accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. The CME hours will be included in your certificate.

About SAPH

The Saudi Association for Pulmonary Hypertension (SAPH) is a medical and research national group of many medical specialists, who shared a common interest in the field of pulmonary vascular disease.

Honorary Intl Members (PVRI)

Ghazwan Butrous, MD

Dr. Butrous is a professor of cardiopulmonary sciences at the University of Kent, Canterbury, UK. His major research interest in PVD is in the field of management of pulmonary vascular diseases, pulmonary vascular disease secondary to infectious diseases, signaling mechanisms, and remodeling of pulmonary vasculature. He is the secretary general of the pulmonary vascular research institute (PVRI).

H Ardeschir Ghofrani, MD

Professor Ghofrani is a senior physician at the University of Giessen lung center. He is the head of the divisions of pulmonary hypertension and intensive internal medicine. Dr. Ghofrani has developed new treatment concepts for patients with various disorders of pulmonary circulation. In 2002, Dr. Ghofrani was the recipient of the travel award of the ATS and the Francois Brenot Prize of the European Respiratory Society.

Paul Hassoun, MD

Paul M. Hassoun, MD, chairs the Assembly on Pulmonary Circulation, which consists of basic scientists and clinicians interested in the understanding of the vascular basis of lung disease—from the level of cell and molecular biology to translational biology and clinical medicine.
