SAPH2017 - Abstract Submission

Accepting your abstract is NOT a commitment from SAPH to sponsor your travel or accommodation.

Abstract Instructions:

  • The abstract should indicate the aim of the study, the material and methods used, the result obtained, and the conclusion drawn. Concluding remarks such as “RESULTS WILL BE DISCUSSED” will result in an automatic rejection of the abstract.
  • The text should be a single paragraph and should not exceed 500 words. Illustrations are not allowed, but a brief table is permissible, provided it fits within the given space.
  • Only universally recognized abbreviations should be used.
  • Though SAPH encourages the submission of original investigative work, we do not require that abstracts are previously unpublished. All high quality abstracts will be considered, including those that may have been recently presented at another venue.
  • SAPH will recognize the top two abstracts, and the authors will be invited to share an oral presentation with conference attendees. Additionally, the top two abstracts will receive his Royal Highness Prince Mansour Bin Bandar.

Responsibility:

Submission of an abstract constitutes a commitment by the author(s) to present the abstract as accepted. All cost associated with the preparation, submission and presentation of an abstract will be the sole responsibility of the presenting authors. The author(s) carry full and sole responsibility for the scientific content of the paper and for proofreading of the typed abstract. Changes will not be permitted after the abstracts have been submitted to the Scientific Committee.
